    1、 propose a scheme
    Scheme 1 -----Using the traditional method, separate pouring: through consulting the standard and other data and visiting investigation, two kinds of impermeable concrete with different strength levels between the shear wall and the frame column are poured separately, and the construction joint formed by this will make the waterproof function of the later period not reach the expected effect. After the basement exterior wall construction is completed, polyurethane waterproof additional layer should be added at the construction joint, which not only increases the construction cost but also is not conducive to ensuring the waterproof quality. There are many hidden dangers in the later stage, so the separate pouring scheme is not feasible.
     
    Scheme 2 -----Concrete pouring with dense mesh wire mesh separation: through the investigation and visit of members of our group, this method is mostly used for pouring concrete with different strength grades at lower longitudinal height such as post pouring belt, beam column joint, etc. If dense mesh steel wire mesh is used to separate the concrete at the junction of column and shear wall, because the longitudinal height reaches 3.6-3.8m, the lateral impact force and pressure on the dense mesh steel wire mesh in the process of pouring and vibrating concrete is large, which will not guarantee the dense mesh wire mesh not to be compressed, which will lead to deformation and damage, and can not play an effective separation effect, thus the concrete construction quality can not be guaranteed. Therefore, it is not feasible to adopt dense mesh steel mesh.  
     
    Scheme 3 use High Ribbed Formwork Separated for concrete pouring: quick and easy to close net is a kind of permanent formwork with unidirectional U-shaped ribbed framework and unidirectional three-dimensional network after being processed from thin hot-dip galvanized steel plate.     If this scheme is adopted, it can not only ensure the effective separation of different strength grade concrete, but also ensure that there is no construction cold joint.
    2. Comparative analysis of various schemes

    3.     5 Formulate Countermeasures

    1. Cutting the quick and easy closing net: after the quick and easy closing net is transported to the construction site, the size of the finished mesh transported to the site is 2200 × 450mm.
    1) According to the total length of 3.6m for two floors underground and 3.8m for one underground floor at the junction of frame column and shear wall, and the requirement of 100 mm overlap between upper and lower nets shall be ensured, respectively.
    2) The width of the quick closing net installed on the side of the frame column remains unchanged with the original mesh size of 450mm.  
    2. Installation of quick and easy closing net: conduct on-site technical disclosure, and install quick and easy closing net on the side of column after binding reinforcement.  
    1) The column reinforcement shall be bound first. After the column reinforcement is bound, the quick and easy closing net shall be installed on the outside of the column stirrup with the remaining corner piece of the mesh grid downward. After the installation of the quick and easy closing net, the horizontal reinforcement of the shear wall can be bound, and the horizontal reinforcement of the shear wall shall pass through the mesh of the quick closing mesh.
    2) The threaded C20 steel bar is set in the vertical groove of the quick and easy closing net to make a vertical ridge. There are four 40 cm thick walls on the second floor of the basement and three 30 cm thick walls in the first floor of the basement.     3) The transverse reinforcement is made of C25 steel bar with a spacing of 40cm, and the first one is set from 20cm to the bottom. The length of transverse rib of 40cm thick wall is 37cm, and that of 30cm thick wall is 27cm. The transverse ribs are bound on the vertical ones, and both ends are firmly bound with the horizontal reinforcement of the shear wall, and can not slide.

    3. Binding of shear wall reinforcement: mark the specific position of horizontal reinforcement on the quick and easy closing net in advance.     4. Installation of column and shear wall formwork: after the wooden formwork is installed, the ends of both sides of the quick and easy closing net are fixed on the wall formwork and column formwork with nails.
    5. Pouring concrete and concrete maintenance: first pour C55 impermeable concrete for column, then pour C35 impermeable concrete for wall, and at the same time vibrate and compact.

    Implementation 5 : pouring concrete and concrete curing. Among them, c55p8 impermeable concrete of frame column is not easy to be poured by pumping because of its short setting time and high viscosity, so it must be poured by lifting; c35p6 impermeable concrete of shear wall is poured by ground pump. During the construction, it is necessary to strictly coordinate the construction. Bi Chongbo, the construction worker, uniformly coordinates the mobilization of commercial concrete.     As the concrete pouring of the wall column of the second floor underground is in the winter construction period, the QC group of the project department adopts the method of late formwork removal for maintenance according to the site conditions. The formwork can be removed 3 days after the external wall column of the second floor underground is poured. After the formwork is removed, the plastic film and straw curtain shall be wrapped immediately to ensure that the concrete in the early stage will not lose water and freeze, and the concrete strength can be increased normally.
     
    Implementation effect

    1. Quality inspection: after the removal of the formwork, we carried out a series of inspections on the established objectives, and the inspection results are as follows:


    2. Economic benefit inspection: since the installation of the fast and easy access network does not belong to the requirements of the original drawings, we handled the project contact list on November 30, 2009, and confirmed by the supervision unit and the construction unit on December 5, 2009. With the consent of both parties, the fast and easy access network shall be purchased in the form of materials supplied by Party A, and the increased consumption of reinforcement, processing cost and installation cost shall be confirmed by means of visa. Compared with the separate pouring scheme, the concrete pouring can be formed in one time by using this scheme, and there is no need to add additional waterproof treatment before the waterproof construction of basement exterior wall. After simple estimation, the cost of chiseling and polyurethane waterproof additional layer can be reduced as follows:
    1) Cutting cost: 2000 yuan
    2) Cost of polyurethane waterproof additional layer:
    (16 × 2 × 0.3 × 3.6 + 28 × 2 × 0.3 × 3.8) × 2 = 196.8m2 × 50 yuan / m2 = 9840 yuan
    3) The total cost of dismantling the scaffold is reduced by 9840 yuan and the total cost is reduced by 9840 yuan.
     
    This QC activity has solved the separation problem of two kinds of impermeable concrete with different strength levels at the same time. After the concrete formwork is removed, the appearance is good and there is no vibration leakage. The project department arranges technicians to track the rebound, and the rebound strength of concrete in 28 days can reach more than 105% of the design strength, which fully meets the design requirements. At the same time, it avoids the construction cold joints in the construction process, better ensures the waterproof effect of the basement wall column joint, and achieves good economic and social benefits.
