The network technological process of quick and easy receiving of post cast strip is as follows:
The construction process of post settlement zone and expansion zone is as follows: finishing the lower reinforcement with additional layer → pouring the concrete with additional layer → cleaning polluted reinforcement, cleaning with reinforcement, cleaning with reinforcement, laying water swelling water stop strip → pouring of base plate concrete.
Key points for construction of quick and easy closing mesh of post pouring belt:
1. The quick closing net of post pouring belt shall be installed after the reinforcement of bottom plate is tied.

1. According to the design requirements, C15 is padded, and C40 (one level higher than the reinforced belt of post pouring belt) is used for basement. The anti-seepage level of the basement is P8. The foundation concrete on both sides shall be poured after the initial setting of concrete on both sides reaches a certain strength, so as to prevent the concrete on both sides from flowing into the post pouring zone.
3. The concrete strength of post pouring belt and reinforcing belt should be higher than that of concrete on both sides.
Note: groove shall be reserved for water swelling strip, and water swelling strip shall be laid when pouring post pouring strip to prevent expansion strip from losing water stop function in advance.

5. The concrete of post cast reinforcing belt shall be poured 7 ~ 14 days after the concrete pouring on both sides. The concrete pouring of intermittent reinforcing belt should be poured at the same time with the second section of concrete. The concrete pouring is pushed forward from one side. When pouring to the strengthening belt, the concrete with mixed expansion agent or a large amount of expansion agent shall be used. The concrete in the reinforcement belt shall not be mixed with the concrete of other parts of the bottom plate.
6. High strength mortar is used to block the bottom reinforcement of post cast strip to prevent grout leakage during pouring.
7. Concrete curing. After the completion of concrete pouring, the measures of moistening and watering with plastic film and straw bag shall be adopted, and the curing time shall be more than 14 days.
